Mike is CEO and training coordinator at Clark Strength Systems. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Maryland College Park. Mike is a former baseball player and current competitive powerlifter. Over the past 17 years Mike has served as a strength and conditioning coach for several sports organizations, as well as hundreds of youth, high school, college, and professional athletes. Coach Mike and his team also provide functional fitness training for a variety of clients; to include post-rehab athletes, seniors, and the general fitness enthusiast.
